Abstract
The development of organic agri-entrepreneurs to provide food security is presented in this scholarly study. to establish a food secure to draw attention to the global development trend and the nation's policy that prioritizes organic farming among farmers. To adjust to the demands of the climate market and the tendencies of sustainable development there are four sections to the content: 1. the fundamentals of ecologically friendly farming, or farming with an emphasis on biodiversity and balance Use of chemicals in cultivation is prohibited. To provide food that is safe for customers. 2. Possessing strong balancing management skills is one of the prerequisites for organic agri-entrepreneurs. He is a risk-taker who possesses strategic thinking. Possess self-assurance Accept accountability and have a vision for resolving a range of issues. Being vivacious Challenges arise when one asks questions and accepts failure. Make environmental protection a priority. 3. Having accessibility to food, such as enough food, is necessary to provide food security. Access to food includes having enough money or other resources, as well as having enough places to buy and trade food. And the handling of food, including expertise, abilities, access to enough water, kitchenware, etc. 4. To foster the development of Organic Agri-Entrepreneurs and ensure food security, it is imperative that government and private entities collaborate to provide training and enhance skill and expertise. The growth of entrepreneurs should get assistance from the academic community. Organic farming offers expertise in planting, marketing, and providing high-quality care. To improve Thai farmers' quality so they may reach more markets. Development must continue in accordance with the criteria “Able to Produce and Sell, Emphasizing Quality ".
