Abstract
This research is a quantitative research. The objectives are 1) to study and analyze the management in Yala Provincial Administrative Organization. The sample size is 400 people. The data collection tool is a questionnaire with 3 types: 5-level rating scale and open-ended questionnaire with a reliability of .5. The basic statistics used in data analysis are percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The overall research results in each aspect ( = 3.73) and the total results in each aspect: transparency is at a high level ( = 3.78), responsibility is at a high level ( = 3.61), participation is at a high level ( = 3.81), and justice is at a high level ( = 3.75). The overall results are at a high level in all 4 aspects, respectively.
Recommendations: The administration of the Yala Provincial Administrative Organization under the principle of good governance, participation is the most important, transparency is the second-most important, justice is the second-last important, and responsibility is the last important. Therefore, the Yala Provincial Administrative Organization should set a policy to promote and support the public to participate more in the administration of the Yala Provincial Administrative Organization.
