The statistics used in data analysis are mean, percentage, standard deviation, and hypothesis testing.

The relationship is tested using Accidental Sampling correlation coefficient statistics and multiple regression coefficient testing using Regression analysis statistics. The research results found that the community leader factor (X = 4.07) was at a high level, followed by the network factor (X = 3.98), the success of water management (X = 3.96), the people affected by the flood (X = 3.91), the flood management and relief (X = 3.86), and the public demand for flood prevention services (X = 3.77).
