Abstract
The study on the development of Sri Lava fabric enterprises into prototype community products, case study of Ban Hai, Toom Sub-district, Si Rattana District, SisaKet Province, aims to examine the development of Sri Lava fabric enterprises into prototype community products and to motivate the development of management models within the Sri Lava community enterprise group of Ban Hai. This study aims to explore and understand the management within the group and the application of technological knowledge to enhance sales channels, as well as to strengthen the economy to compete in the online market, alongside developing the potential of community members. This research is qualitative, using purposive sampling and in-depth interviews with 10 members of the Sri Lava fabric group of Ban Hai. The researcher processed and analyzed the data from the interviews by first reviewing the information obtained from the interviews to organize the data, which included transcribing the interviews and transcribing the audio recordings. The data was then typed into a computer using Microsoft Word to create documents Subsequently, the organized data from Microsoft Word was imported into the ATLAS.ti program, where key texts were selected and coded to differentiate and interpret them in order to draw inductive conclusions.
The study found that in the development of the community enterprise of the Ban Hai Sri Lava textile group, there is still a lack of knowledge and understanding in using technology to promote products or modern marketing, including online trading, to better align with the current era and meet the needs of today's customers.
