Abstract

This research article on “Performance in accordance with the principles of good governance of local administrative organizations in Krasang District, Buriram Province” has the following objectives: 1) The level of performance in accordance with the principles of good governance of personnel in local administrative organizations in Krasang District, Buriram Province 2) Recommendations for performance in accordance with the principles of good governance of personnel in local administrative organizations in Krasang District, Buriram Province The sample population consisted of 270 employees working in local administrative organizations in Krasang District, Buriram Province, using the Yamane formula and simple random sampling method.
The research instrument was a closed-ended questionnaire. Data were analyzed using basic statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results of the research found that 1) The level of performance in accordance with the principles of good governance of personnel in local administrative organizations in Krasang District, Buriram Province, was overall at a high level, with an average value of 4.06 ( x ̅= 4.06, S.D. = 0.407) 2) Recommendations for performance in accordance with the principles of good governance of personnel in local administrative organizations in Krasang District Buriram
