บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มุ่งทบทวนแนวคิดและองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำที่เป็นแบบอย่างและการจัดการการเปลี่ยนแปลง เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ท่ามกลางบริบททางเทคโนโลยี สังคม และเศรษฐกิจที่ซับซ้อน ภาวะผู้นำที่เป็นแบบอย่างเป็นกระบวนการนำที่ผสานวิสัยทัศน์ ค่านิยม และพฤติกรรมที่น่าเชื่อถือ เพื่อสร้างความไว้วางใจและแรงบันดาลใจให้เกิดความร่วมมือที่ยั่งยืน โดยมีองค์ประกอบสำคัญ ได้แก่ ความเป็นแบบอย่างทางจริยธรรม การสร้างความสัมพันธ์ ความไว้วางใจ การสื่อสารวิสัยทัศน์ การสร้างนวัตกรรม และการพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง ภาวะผู้นำนี้ถือเป็นกลไกเชิงระบบที่ส่งเสริมให้ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสามารถขับเคลื่อนสถานศึกษาสู่ศตวรรษที่ 21 ผ่านกระบวนการการจัดการการเปลี่ยนแปลงซึ่งการจัดการการเปลี่ยนแปลงเป็นกระบวนการเชิงโครงสร้างที่ครอบคลุมทั้งด้านเป้าหมาย เทคโนโลยี และวัฒนธรรมองค์กร เพื่อสนับสนุนให้บุคลากรปรับตัวเข้าสู่รูปแบบการทำงานใหม่ได้อย่างราบรื่น โดยการจัดการการเปลี่ยนแปลงสถานศึกษาศตวรรษที่ 21 ประกอบด้วย การสร้างความตระหนัก การวิเคราะห์เชิงกลยุทธ์ การสร้างวิสัยทัศน์ การสื่อสาร การดำเนินการ และการติดตามประเมินผล ทั้งนี้ ผู้เขียนได้นำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำที่เป็นแบบอย่างเข้ากับการจัดการการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างเป็นระบบเพื่อช่วยขับเคลื่อนสถานศึกษาให้เกิดวัฒนธรรมการเรียนรู้ และยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ได้อย่างยั่งยืน
