การใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ AI สนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ชั้นปีที่ 1 มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (Artificial Intelligence: AI) สนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ชั้นปีที่ 1 มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม รวมทั้งเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนก่อนและหลังการใช้ AI และศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อการใช้ AI เพื่อสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ชั้นปีที่ 1 มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม จำนวน 2,500 คน สุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างมาจำนวน 345 คน โดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของ Taro Yamane เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า นักศึกษามีการใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์สนับสนุนการเรียนรู้โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาหลังการใช้ AI สูงกว่าก่อนการใช้ AI อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และนักศึกษามีความ พึงพอใจต่อการใช้ AI เพื่อสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ในระดับมากทุกด้าน ผลการวิจัยสะท้อนให้เห็นว่าการนำปัญญาประดิษฐ์มาใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนสามารถช่วยส่งเสริมประสิทธิภาพการเรียนรู้ เพิ่มโอกาสในการเรียนรู้แบบเฉพาะบุคคล และสนับสนุนการพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษาในระดับอุดมศึกษาได้อย่างเหมาะสม
