การจัดการเรียนรู้ฐานสมรรถนะในศตวรรษที่ 21 เพื่อส่งเสริมสมรรถนะนวัตกรของนักเรียน

บทคัดย่อ
การเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็วในศตวรรษที่ 21 ส่งผลให้ระบบการศึกษาต้องปรับจากการมุ่งเน้นถ่ายทอดความรู้สู่การพัฒนาสมรรถนะผู้เรียน บทความวิชาการมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและนำเสนอแนวคิด หลักการ และแนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้ฐานสมรรถนะในศตวรรษที่ 21 เพื่อส่งเสริมสมรรถนะนวัตกรของนักเรียน โดยวิเคราะห์แนวคิดการจัดการเรียนรู้ฐานสมรรถนะ แนวคิดสมรรถนะนวัตกร และรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่สอดคล้อง ซึ่งสังเคราะห์สมรรถนะนวัตกรเป็น 6 องค์ประกอบ คือ ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ การคิดเชิงวิพากษ์และการแก้ปัญหา การทำงานร่วมกันและการสื่อสาร ความยืดหยุ่นและการปรับตัว ความเห็นอกเห็นใจและการมุ่งเน้นผู้ใช้ และความกล้าเสี่ยงและการลงมือปฏิบัติ พร้อมนำเสนอกระบวนการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกที่หลากหลาย การสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ที่เอื้อต่อนวัตกรรม การประเมินผลที่เน้นการประเมินตามสภาพจริงด้วยเครื่องมือที่หลากหลาย บทบาทของครูต้องเปลี่ยนจากผู้ถ่ายทอดความรู้เป็นผู้อำนวยการเรียนรู้ ต้องพัฒนาทักษะการออกแบบการเรียนรู้ ความเชี่ยวชาญเทคโนโลยี การตั้งคำถาม การให้ข้อมูลย้อนกลับ การสร้างความสัมพันธ์ และการทำงานร่วมกัน แม้มีความท้าทายในการปฏิบัติ แต่ด้วยข้อเสนอแนะที่เป็นระบบ คือ การพัฒนาครูอย่างต่อเนื่อง ปรับระบบการประเมินและหลักสูตร สื่อสารกับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย และการสร้างเครือข่ายการเรียนรู้ การจัดการเรียนรู้ฐานสมรรถนะสามารถส่งเสริมสมรรถนะนวัตกรของนักเรียนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ นำไปสู่การพัฒนาผู้เรียนให้เป็นกำลังสำคัญของประเทศในอนาคต
