Personal Data Protection and Privacy Statement

This journal is operated by the Faculty of Business Administration for Society, Srinakharinwirot University, located at 114 Sukhumvit 23, Khlong Toei Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok 10110, Thailand. The Faculty acts as the “Data Controller” in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA).

The journal collects and processes personal data of authors, peer reviewers, and website users, including names, email addresses, affiliations, ORCID iDs, and information related to manuscript submissions. Such data are collected and processed for the purposes of manuscript submission, peer review, editorial management, publication, and other journal-related operations. The journal may also collect technical information, such as IP addresses, for website security and performance purposes.

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), based on applicable legal grounds, including consent, the necessity for the performance of contracts related to the academic publication process, and the legitimate interests of the journal.

The journal will not disclose personal data to third parties except where such disclosure is necessary for the manuscript review and publication process, for the provision of related services by service providers subject to confidentiality obligations, or as required or permitted by law. The journal implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill academic, administrative, or legal requirements. Data subjects have the rights to request access to, correction, deletion, or restriction of the processing of their personal data, as well as the right to withdraw consent, where applicable and in accordance with the law.
