Article Review Process

1. Submission The author submits the article via the Thaijo system at the link: https://so01.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/JEEConline

2. Initial Screening

• Timeline: Within 7 business days after submission in the Thaijo system.

• Action: The editorial team verifies the formatting and checks for article redundancy/plagiarism.

• Results:

  • ✅ Pass: Proceed to the "Publication Fee Payment" stage to continue to Step 3.

  • ↩️ Revise: Returned to the author for editing according to suggestions.

3. Peer Review

• Timeline: Within 14 business days after being sent to the experts.

• Action: Quality assessment by at least 3 Peer Reviewers.

• Results:

  • ➡️ Pass: Proceed to the next step.

  • ❌ Not Pass: Publication Rejected.

4. Notification

• The peer review results are sent to the author.

  • If "Pass without revisions": Skip to Step 6.

  • If "Pass with revisions": Go to Step 5.

5. Revision

• Timeline: Within 7 days after being returned to the author.

• Action: The author revises the article according to the reviewers' suggestions and resubmits it via the Thaijo system.

6. Proofreading Process

• Timeline: Within 14 business days after verifying the revisions.

• Action: Check the Abstract, forms, and grammar.

7. Acceptance

• Timeline: Within 7 business days after publication approval.

• Action: Verify the final revisions and issue the "Letter of Acceptance" for the journal.

8. Publication

• The article is published according to the journal’s schedule.

📌 Note: The entire process will be completed within 60 days from the date of submission. However, the duration may be faster depending on (1) the completeness of the article revisions according to the reviewers' suggestions and (2) the efficiency of the peer review process.
