Assessment of needs for the development of graduate student teaching and learning Faculty of Education, Prince of Songkla University

The purpose of this study is to assess and prioritize the needs for the development of graduate students' teaching and learning. Faculty of Education Prince of Songkla University. The sample group consisted of 117 graduate students, Faculty of Education, academic year 2023. The research instrument was a double-response questionnaire. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics methods including frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation, and its priority in terms of needs was also set by using Modified Priority Needs Index (PNImodified) The research findings were as follows: the overall need to develop the instructional management had a PNImodified of 0.21 (greater than 0.20). It is considered that there is an urgent need that must be developed. and to consider each aspect in order of necessary needs, including learning support (PNImodified = 0.21), facilities (PNImodified = 0.20), and curriculum and course content. and student development (PNImodified = 0.15), respectively.
