Factors affecting the success of the registry's service operations Mai Kaen District, Pattani Province

Abstract

This article aims to: 1) the level of satisfaction of citizens with the services provided by the Mai Kaen district Registration Office. Pattani province                             2) Compare people's satisfaction with the services of the Mai Kaen district Registration Office. Pattani province Classified according to personal factors and factors in service use.3) Relationship factors affecting the success of service operations of the Mai Kaen district Registrar's Office. Pattani province Classified according to personal factors and factors regarding service use Sample group used in the study are citizens who come to receive services from the Mai Kaen district Registration Office. Pattani province, 286 people, by chance method the tool used to collect data was a questionnaire. Analyzed for percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, f-test, and one way ANOVA analysis.

             The results of the study found that

             The results of data analysis found that people who came to receive services from the Mai Kaen district Registration Office Pattani province, the highest number were female, accounting for 56.6 percent, with the majority being between the age 31-50 years old, accounting for 45.1 percent and having marital status Accounting for 59.8 percent, most of them have trading careers. The most, accounting for 22.4 percent, graduated less than secondary school, accounting for 35.7 percent.

Factors in using the services of the Mai Kaen District Registration Office Pattani province found that the type of work that people came to use the most services for was civil registration work. Accounting for 38.5 percent as for the type of work that people come to receive the least amount of services is general registration work. Representing 30.1 percent for the number of times people come to receive services in one year, the highest is receiving services 3-5 times/year, accounting for 45.5 percent, and the time period when people come to contact and request services from the Mai Kaen District Registration Office. Pattani Province, the highest was between 8:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., accounting for 60.1 percent. The level of satisfaction of the people with the services provided by the Mai Kaen District Registrar's Office. Pattani province found that people were satisfied with the services provided by Mai Kaen District Registration Office Pattani province the overall picture is at a moderate level. When considering each aspect it was found that people were most satisfied with the service staff, followed by the location, speed of service, accuracy and reliability, and the least satisfied.
