Abstract

This research aims to identify the factors affecting the quality of life of rural households under the digital currency policy in Samrong Subdistrict, Uthumphon Phisai District, Sisaket Province. A quantitative research approach was employed, using a questionnaire as the primary data collection tool. The sample consisted of 380 residents from the study area, selected through simple random sampling using the lottery method at a 95% confidence level with an acceptable margin of error of 0.05. The statistical methods used for data analysis included mean, percentage, standard deviation, and hypothesis testing. The relationship between variables was examined using the Pearson Correlation Coefficient, while multiple regression analysis was applied to test the influence of factors on household quality of life.
The research findings indicate that the most influential factors on quality of life are living conditions (x ̅ = 4.10) economic stimulation within the community (x ̅ = 4.04) accessibility to policy (x ̅ = 3.92) basic needs (x ̅ = 3.88) household expense reduction (x ̅ = 3.82) government support (x ̅ = 3.82) consumption (x ̅ = 3.77) and increased economic opportunities in the community (x ̅ = 3.73) Infrastructure (x ̅ = 3.72) was rated at a moderate level, while housing (x ̅ = 3.50) was rated at a lower level. Multiple regression analysis revealed that consumption (β = .803), infrastructure (β = .455), basic needs (β = .366), housing (β = -.098), government support (β = -.116), and economic stimulation (β = -.146) significantly influenced household quality of life at a 0.05 statistical significance level.
The quantitative findings suggest that rural households continue to face income challenges. Therefore, the government should consider increasing financial support and expanding policy benefits, improving digital currency applications, refining registration processes, and enhancing public awareness regarding usage qualifications. Additionally, clearer policy conditions should be established to ensure effective implementation.
