The objectives of this independent study are: 1) To study the expectations and satisfaction of those who receive child birth grants. In Na Bon District Nakhon Si Thammarat Province
2) To compare the expectations and satisfaction of those receiving newborn child support in Na Bon District. Nakhon Si Thammarat Province Classified according to personal factors sample group It is a population of 177 people with infants from birth to 6 years living in Na Bon District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, using questionnaires as a research tool. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and statistics. Inferential analysis consists of Independent Samples t-test, One-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis (Multiple Regression. Analysis) statistical significance level 0.05.
The results of the study found that Most of the respondents were female, aged between 26 - 30 years, graduated with a bachelor's degree. Have divorced status Occupation: Company employee Monthly income between 15,001 - 20,000 baht, lived in Na Bon District 5 - 10 years and lived in Kaeo Saen Subdistrict area. Overall expectations and satisfaction were at a high level. Results of comparing personal factors that It affects the expectations and satisfaction of those who receive child birth grants. It was found that personal factors regarding educational level and different monthly incomes There are different expectations regarding the child support policy. As for personal factors such as gender, age, status, and different occupations
