English: Call for Papers: Journal of Education and Educational Communication, Vol. 1, No. 2 (July–December 2026)

The Journal of Education and Educational Communication invites researchers, academics, higher education faculty members, teachers from all affiliations, students at all levels of education, and members of the public who wish to disseminate knowledge in education to submit manuscripts for publication consideration. Prospective authors are kindly requested to read the following information carefully before submitting their manuscripts.

1. Scope and Submission
The Journal accepts research articles, academic articles, review articles, and book reviews in both Thai and English in the fields of education and educational communication, covering curriculum and instruction, educational technology and innovation, measurement and evaluation, educational administration, educational psychology, mass communication for education, and information technology in education. Authors may consult the manuscript preparation guidelines under “Author Guidelines” on the Journal’s website and submit their manuscripts through the Journal’s online submission system.

2. Journal Status
The Journal is not yet indexed in the Thai-Journal Citation Index Centre (TCI) database, whether in Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3, as it is currently being developed to meet the TCI quality assessment criteria. Authors who intend to use their publications for purposes that require TCI-indexed journals are advised to take this into consideration before submitting their manuscripts.

3. Article Processing Charge and Review Process
The Journal charges an article processing charge of 3,500 Thai Baht (three thousand five hundred Baht) per article, payable only once. The review process consists of the following steps:
(1) The editor conducts a preliminary review of the manuscript, and the author revises it according to the editor’s recommendations.
(2) The editor notifies the author to pay the article processing charge.
(3) The Journal sends the manuscript to three peer reviewers from various institutions with expertise relevant to the content of the manuscript for double-blind peer review.

The Journal reserves the right not to refund any paid charges under any circumstances, including cases in which the manuscript does not pass the peer review evaluation.

By submitting a manuscript to the Journal’s system, the author acknowledges and accepts all of the above conditions.
