Announcement Pertaining to Two Peer Reviewers

JEL wishes to announce that all manuscripts must undergo evaluation by a minimum of two (2) external peer reviewers from distinct institutions within the relevant domains. The names of the authors and reviewers are obscured from one another (Double-blind peer review). Consequently, revealing the identities of the reviewers is prohibited. To get the identities of the reviewers who assessed the paper for purposes such as applying for an academic position, the author must submit a formal request letter to the editor-in-chief. The editor-in-chief will assess each submission separately and will provide a letter confirming the identity of the reviewers. This must rigorously comply with the journal's publication ethics.

This will become effective starting from Volume 7, Issue 1 (January-April) 2026.
