Abstract

The results of the study found that Legal measures to change the use of land Sor.Por.4-01 found problems (1) Those who have the right to submit an application for selection and allocation of land from agricultural land reform must have qualifications according to the regulations of the Agricultural Land Reform Commission Agriculture regarding criteria methods and conditions for selecting and allocating land to farmers Transfer or succession by inheritance lease or hire purchase rights and management of assets and debts of farmers who receive land 2021 Section 9 (2) must be farmers. and must engage in agricultural work while holding said land (2) Inheritance of farmer heirs who are entitled to receive land from agricultural land reform The inheritor of said land must have an agricultural career in order to receive the transfer In both cases land from agricultural land reform cannot be used for any other use In fact most agricultural workers will not be able to earn enough income to survive The more you do the more you will be in debt to private capitalists and the Agricultural Bank. Therefore it is proposed to amend the regulations of the Agricultural Land Reform Committee regarding the criteria methods and conditions for selecting and allocating land to farmers Transfer or succession by inheritance leasehold or hire purchase rights and management of assets and debts of farmers who receive land B.E. 2021 as follows Section “10/1 Persons who have been selected and allocated land from agricultural land reform If there is a desire to change the use of land from agriculture to any other form of economics commerce or other aspects In addition to the agricultural profession Use the right to rent or hire-purchase according to the specified regulations” and Article 30/1 “Inheritance of farmer heirs who have the right to receive land from agricultural land reform When the heir of a farmer who has received land that has been allocated for use dies he submits an application for land allocation in place of the deceased If the heir There is a desire to change the use of land from agriculture to any other form Use the right to rent or hire-purchase according to the specified regulations.”
