Abstract

A study of student’s opinions on the evaluation of associate program in management (curriculum revised in 2019) at Phang Nga Community. The objective is to study students' opinions on the teaching and learning context and environment. This paper is a survey evaluation (Survey Research) to study student opinions on the conditions of teaching and learning to find guidelines for improving and developing an associate degree program. Respondents, Most of them are female students. The majority were 3rd year students, followed by 1st year students and 2nd year students. The results of the study found that:
1. Students have a high level of opinion on the overall teaching and learning context and environment. And when considering the overall aspect by aspect Students had the highest opinions about the teaching and learning conditions regarding teachers, followed by the curriculum and teaching and learning management. Environmental aspects of teaching and learning Measurement and evaluation Attitude towards the curriculum, respectively.
2. Students gave suggestions for improving and developing the curriculum as follows: In terms of the curriculum, it was found that content and details regarding teaching and learning that emphasize practice should be increased. There are extra-curriculum activities for developing entrepreneurial careers such as languages, computers, and digital marketing, etc. As for teachers, Instructors should use new media and teaching techniques in accordance with the course content. To motivate students. In terms of attitude towards the curriculum, it was found that the curriculum has a good image. There are awareness-raising activities. and modifying individual behavior In terms of teaching and learning, it was found that teaching and learning should be in accordance with the curriculum or teaching plans. In terms of environment, it was found that classrooms should be arranged Sufficient computers for students and internet signal covering the area. Regarding measurement and evaluation, it was found that they wanted to have fair measurement and evaluation. Report scores periodically to create incentives for students to participate in activities.
