Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Forms and Author Guidelines

1. Manuscript Preparation
Manuscripts must be written entirely in English.
Use Times New Roman throughout the manuscript.
Paper size: A4.
Authors must strictly follow the official journal template.
2. Structure of the Manuscript
2.1 Title
Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, bold
The title should not exceed two lines.
2.2 Author Information
List full names of all authors with their affiliations (faculty and university).
Clearly identify the corresponding author and provide a valid email address.
3. Abstract and Keywords
Abstract
Font: Times New Roman, 9 pt
Maximum length: 250 words or 15 lines
The abstract should clearly state the research background, objectives, methodology, key findings, and significance.
Keywords
Provide no more than four (4) keywords
Keywords should be separated by commas.
4. Main Contents
Manuscripts should include the following sections, where appropriate:
Introduction
Objective(s)
Literature Review (if applicable)
Conceptual Framework
Research Methodology
Population and Samples
Research Instrument
Data Collection
Data Analysis
Results
Discussion
Suggestions
References
5. Tables and Figures
5.1 Figures
All figures must be numbered consecutively and provided with a clear title.
Figures must be centered on the page.
Each figure must be referred to in the text.
Figure titles should be formatted as:
Figure 1 (Times New Roman, 9 pt, bold), followed by a description in Times New Roman, 9 pt.
5.2 Tables
Tables must be numbered consecutively and provided with a title.
Table titles should be formatted as:
Table 1 (Times New Roman, 9 pt, bold).
Use double lines for top and bottom borders only.
Vertical lines are not permitted.
Each table must be referred to in the text.
6. References
References must follow the APA Style (6th Edition).
All references cited in the text must appear in the reference list, and vice versa.
Authors are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all references.
7. Notes for Authors
Manuscripts that do not comply with the journal’s formatting and submission requirements may be returned to authors for revision prior to peer review.
