Manuscript Submission Guidelines:

  1. Manuscripts must be original and not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  2. Manuscripts must be prepared in accordance with the journal's guidelines.
  3. To be considered for publication, manuscripts must demonstrate academic quality and be of theoretical or practical significance. The content and writing style of the manuscript must be consistent with the journal's aims and objectives. Each manuscript will be reviewed by three qualified experts in the field using a double-blind review process.
  4. The editorial board may send the reviewers' comments to the authors for revision. The authors must revise the manuscript according to the reviewers' suggestions.
  5. The editorial board reserves the right to edit the format of the submitted manuscripts. The authors agree to allow the editorial board to edit the manuscript for completeness and to comply with the conditions set by the editorial board.
  6. If the independent reviewers (Peer review) decide that the authors need to revise their work, the authors must revise their work and submit the revised work to the journal editorial board within 7 days of receiving the feedback. If the authors do not comply with the conditions, their article will be postponed to be published in another issue, which will be later than the original schedule.
  7. If the independent reviewers (Peer review) consider that the article cannot be published, the journal will inform the authors in writing.
  8. The articles published in the journal are the views, copyrights, and responsibilities of the authors. The editorial board is not responsible for the content or accuracy of all articles submitted for publication.

Aims and Objectives:

To produce and disseminate research and academic articles in the social sciences, including business administration, management, accounting, marketing, human resource management, communication arts, economics, finance and banking, business computers, applied psychology, public administration, political science, law, administration, development, and education.

Review Process:

The journal appoints qualified experts to review and evaluate each article. Three reviewers will be assigned to each manuscript using a double-blind review process.

Peer Review Process:

The journal has a quality assessment process by qualified experts before publication. All articles published in the journal have been reviewed by 2-3 experts in a double-blind peer-review process. Articles from internal authors will be reviewed by experts from outside the journal's organization. Articles from external authors will be reviewed by experts from inside or outside the journal's organization who are specialized in the field and from various institutions and have no conflict of interest with the authors.

Publishing Fee Payment Process for Journal of Public and Private Issues 

Authors wishing to publish academic articles or research findings in the Public and Private Issues Journal must pay a fee. Here's how:

  1. Transfer the fee: Pay a fee of 3,000 baht/THB. per article to

  1. Report proof of payment: Return to the system you used to submit your article (Submission) through the Add Discussions box or by email to jppissues@gmail.com. or scan Line QR code

Important Notes:

  • The fee is paid after your article passes the initial evaluation by the editorial team before being sent to reviewers (to ensure proper formatting, completeness, and readiness for evaluation). The journal staff will notify you of the initial evaluation results via the journal's website system.

  • The journal will issue a letter of acceptance and publication schedule (Acceptance letter) to the author after the article has been approved (passed) by external reviewers (Peer reviewers) and the editorial team.

  • Articles sent to independent reviewers (Peer reviewers) for evaluation and for which the publishing fee has been paid cannot be refunded if the reviewers jointly decide to "reject" the article.
