Subject: Journal Name Change and Additional Acceptance of Thai-Language Manuscripts

The Editorial Board of the Journal of Public and Private Issues would like to inform all readers and contributors that the journal has undergone a name change to “Modern Public Administration Science (MPAS)”, in Thai “วารสารวิทยาการบริหารภาครัฐสมัยใหม่”. This change aims to align the journal with its developing direction and academic scope, emphasizing specialized fields in administration, management, and public policy within the public sector.

This journal name change will take effect starting from
Volume 2, Issue 5 (November–December 2025) onward.

In addition, the journal will now accept Thai-language manuscripts, expanding from its previous policy of accepting only English-language submissions. This adjustment is intended to support and promote the publication of academic work by Thai researchers, lecturers, and students, whose contributions have been increasing significantly.

The Editorial Board warmly invites interested authors to submit research articles and academic articles for publication in the Modern Public Administration Science (MPAS) journal for upcoming issues.
